One cow, one planet—is that enough?

The future of protein is a key to a more sustainable future. That is the core of the idea for cultivated meat. Using stem cells from a cow makes it possible to grow meat in a lab. The result so far is: hamburgers. Mark J Post is leading the efforts and is one of eight people who has actually tasted the first lab-grown hamburgers. We met him at EAT Stockholm Food Forum 2015 and spoke about cultivated meat.
