Digital Training Tool for Workers’ Rights in China

A number of companies in the Axel Johnson Group have suppliers in China, where illegal overtime, insecurity and discrimination are common problems. To raise awareness of the rights and obligations at the workplace, Filippa K, Åhléns, Kicks and Axfood all use the digital training tool QuizRR at a number of suppliers in China. The tool has been made available at a total of 23 factories. The group has sent a message to the Chinese suppliers on the group’s strategy to inform them about the focus on decent working conditions and sustainable supply chains. The 6 minutes long film was launched in Shenzhen and Shanghai in March, 2016.
