Madarundan is a previous project by Axfoundation. Madarundan was a series of seminars focusing on food. They were arranged in cooperation with the Royal Swedish Academy of Agriculture and Forestry. Each year had a different theme, 2001: Not just bread—our need of beauty; 2000: Food and possibilities; 1999: Food and consciousness.
