Hanna Hobohm Skoog
Hanna has been working at Axfoundation since 2017 and early on she became responsible for driving and managing the program areas and projects in circular economy and resource efficiency. Today, Hanna is the Program Director for Future Materials.
Hanna has, among other things, initiated and been involved in projects such as the Swedish Wool Initiative, Over & Oat, and From Waste to Fashion. She has also been a member of the expert group System Perspective in the Delegation for Circular Economy and IVA's project "Resource Efficiency and Circular Economy," which from 2018-2020 developed action plans for increased resource efficiency and circularity.
Hanna has also led a range of initiatives within the environmental field at Axfoundation as a project manager, including the Swedish Soy Dialogue, The Swedish Platform on Risk Commodities, a circular diagnosis for the Axel Johnson Group, and a collaboration initiative around blockchain in the food industry.
Change management has been a consistent theme even before her time at Axfoundation. Hanna has worked as a management consultant and led larger development projects in various organizations, mainly focusing on strategy, leadership, and business development.
Hanna holds a master's degree in business administration from the School of Business, Economics, and Law at the University of Gothenburg, with a major in sustainable business. She has lived and studied abroad on two occasions, at the University of Victoria in Canada and Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. In 2020, Hanna was listed as one of 33 sustainability talents under 33 by “Aktuell Hållbarhet”.
