Johanna Olofsson Behrman

Johanna works within the program area Future Materials, where she leads projects focusing on innovation, business development, and the creation of circular, resource-efficient material flows. Leading in times of change and establishing collaborations across different markets, sectors, and industries has been a hallmark of both her current and previous roles. Johanna has previously managed projects in sustainable innovation at IKEA, worked on store development at H&M, and been involved in collaboration between business and youth at a children's rights organization.

Johanna holds a master's degree in business administration with a specialization in sustainable business and management from Uppsala University. She has further deepened her knowledge in sustainable development within textiles and fashion at the Nordic Textile Academy. Johanna has completed both IKEA's Management Trainee program and Axel Johnson's leadership development program.
