Sofia Lundvall
Sofia has a background in meal ecology and multiple years of work experience as an employee at systembolaget as well as within the restaurant business. During her studies, her interest grew for what's known as sensory evaluation - the food's impact on our senses. Since then, Sofia has worked with sensory evaluation in a number of projects analyzing, developing and exploring the gastronomic potential of Swedish raw products.
As a chef and meal coordinator, Sofia is responsible for the planning and execution of conference meals at Torsåker Farm.
