Holistic End to Desertification – Allan Savory

Allan Savory has for decades developed methods for preventing desertification—one of the world’s major problems. When rainwater is no longer able to penetrate dry soil, it floats away on top of the soil or evaporates off quickly. The effect is that no plants can survive and the desert spreads ever more.

Allan Savorys studies and hollistic methods demonstrates through practical examples that it is possible to prevent desertification and to restore natural growth. In this open-hearted interview, Allan Savory speaks about his methods and results but also of how people need to unite their powers and abilities to cope with the challenges that threaten humanity due to climate change.
