Axfoundation Nominated for WWF’s Environmental Hero of the Year Award

Axfoundation is one of three nominees for the WWF Sweden's Environmental Hero of the Year Award 2023.
The World Wildlife Fund in Sweden (WWF) is recognizing the practical work that Axfoundation is carrying out in collaboration with key actors from the business sector, academia, as well as politics for a more sustainable society. Axfoundation has been nominated for the 2023 Environmental Hero of the Year award for its efforts in showcasing practical alternatives in the areas of circular economy, future food, and sustainable production and consumption.

The Environmental Hero of the Year is an award from WWF Sweden recognizing the efforts for climate and biodiversity. The purpose of the award is to highlight individuals and organizations making a difference for the environment and inspiring others to take action. The nominees for the 2023 award are Axfoundation, Therese Lindgren and Leif Öster.
The Environmental Hero of the Year award ceremony will take place on October 5th.
